cde-consult is a small consultancy firm offering services to public and private institutions in the interface of environmental management and development co-operation. Our consultancy services are focused on the areas:

• Capacity development for organisations and networks active in environmental management, climate policy and sustainable development
• Training following interactive concepts of adult education
• Development and implementation support for assessments and management support tools
• Strategy / portfolio development and evaluation of projects for development assistance
• Moderation of group processes and events
  

Capacity development is our cross-cutting mandate. We pursue a modern concept of capacity development including human resource capacity, organizational / institutional capacity and network development.

Working in networks is a key operational concept of our work. We establish close links with other consultancy partners, to offer added values to clients through multi-disciplinary support.
